Incorporated is a full service Land Surveying and Civil Engineering firm located in Colorado City, Colorado. Founded in 1975
by Lyle Howell and Bill Wachob, the company was known as Lyle Howell & Associates. Mr Howell accepted a position with
a Denver firm and in 1978, Dan Wachob, Bills brother, joined the company and the name was changed to Wachob & Wachob,
Inc.
Land surveying and Civil Engineering is the primary focus of the company which includes construction,
subdivision design, land planning and boundary surveys.
Our goal is to provide a quality product that is accurate,
complete, meets state and local requirements and most of all is what the client wanted.
In 30 years of business
there hasn't been an aspect of our field that we haven't covered.
